Welcome to 6jili. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member" or "you") and 6jili ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our") with respect to your use of the 6jili website at 6jili.best and all associated games, services, and features offered on the platform.

By registering an account on 6jili, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their contents, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 6jili platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the agreement between you and 6jili. Where there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To register and maintain a 6jili account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. Persons under legal disability may not register at 6jili.

6jili reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) account on 6jili only. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same identity, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. If 6jili detects multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and all balances across those accounts may be confiscated.

During registration at 6jili, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations and responsible gaming commitments, 6jili may request supporting identification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, UMID, driver's licence, or voter's ID)
• Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay clearance issued within the past three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash or Maya account showing name match)

Account balances and pending withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification documents are submitted and approved. 6jili aims to complete verification within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation. You are responsible for the security of your account password and login credentials. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility.

All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱).

The minimum deposit amount at 6jili is ₱100. There is no maximum single deposit limit for verified accounts, though anti-money laundering thresholds may require additional documentation for large transactions.

Regarding withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where 6jili grants explicit permission for an alternative method.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. No maximum applies to verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be processed in tranches.
• Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (also called a rollover requirement) unless explicitly stated as wager-free. The wagering requirement and eligible games are specified on each promotion's terms page within the 6jili platform.
• Bonuses and free-bet winnings must be wagered the specified number of times before any portion of that balance can be withdrawn from 6jili.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money balance is used first for all wagers. Bonus balance activates once real-money balance reaches zero.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired, unused bonus funds are removed from your account automatically.
• Each promotional offer is available once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated as a recurring offer.
• 6jili reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that existing active bonus balances are honoured under their original terms.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate promotional terms — including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

All games available on the 6jili platform are operated by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI Games, Habanero, NetEnt, and others. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently tested and audited. 6jili does not modify or influence game outcomes in any way.

A wager is considered final and valid once confirmed on the game server. In the event of a technical error or connectivity issue during a game round, the result recorded on our server at the time of disconnection is the authoritative result. If a game round cannot be completed due to a verified server-side error on 6jili's end, the wager will be voided and the stake returned.

The following constitute a breach of fair play rules at 6jili:

6jili monitors all game activity continuously. Accounts found in violation of fair play rules will be suspended pending investigation, and any winnings derived from prohibited behaviour will be forfeited in full.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the 6jili sports betting platform, including NBA betting, football betting, and all other sporting markets:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. 6jili reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors before settlement, even if a bet has been confirmed at an incorrect price.
• If an event is postponed and does not take place within 48 hours of its originally scheduled start time, all pre-game bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live bets placed after an event's official start time are subject to the odds available at the moment of server confirmation, which may differ from the odds displayed due to latency. Any bets accepted after an event has already concluded will be voided.
• Parlays require all legs to win for the bet to settle as a win. A voided leg in a parlay reduces the number of active legs — a parlay of three legs with one void settles as a two-leg parlay.
• Minimum single sports bet at 6jili is ₱100. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market, and account tier.
• Settlement of sports bets follows official competition results as announced by the relevant governing body. 6jili's settlement decision is final once applied.

6jili is committed to responsible gaming. We offer the following tools to all Members, accessible at any time from the Account Settings menu:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your 6jili account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification
• Opening more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule
• Using a 6jili account for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or from payment methods not registered in your own name
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider
• Accessing or attempting to access another Member's 6jili account without authorisation
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or circumvent geographic restrictions
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 6jili staff or other Members through any platform channel

6jili cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Where prohibited conduct involves criminal activity, we will report it to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the Member involved.

All content on the 6jili website — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, layout, text, graphics, software, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of 6jili or its licensed providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from 6jili without prior written permission.

You are permitted to view and use 6jili content solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. Any other use requires explicit written consent from 6jili's management team.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 6jili is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated revenue arising from technical failures, game malfunctions, or service interruptions
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind arising from use of the 6jili platform
• Losses resulting from delayed or failed transactions caused by third-party payment providers
• Losses caused by your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials
• Content, services, or actions of third-party providers whose games are hosted on the 6jili platform

6jili's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their 6jili account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at our discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity
• Unusual betting patterns indicative of arbitrage, match-fixing, or system exploitation
• Chargeback activity against 6jili transactions
• Regulatory direction from Philippine gaming authorities

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach, 6jili will notify the Member by registered email and provide an opportunity to respond within 10 business days. If a breach is confirmed, any balance accrued through the prohibited activity will be forfeited. Balances unrelated to the breach may be returned to the Member at 6jili's discretion.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support@6jili.best. Requests are processed within two business days. Any verified balance remaining at closure will be returned to the Member's registered withdrawal method.

If you have a complaint about 6jili — whether about a game outcome, a payment, a promotion, or any other matter — please follow this procedure:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Reach out to our 24/7 support team via live chat or email at support@6jili.best. Provide your account username, the date and time of the issue, and a clear description of the complaint. Most issues are resolved at this stage within a few hours.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your issue is not resolved to your satisfaction within 5 business days of contacting support, you may submit a formal written complaint to our Complaints team at the same email address, marked "FORMAL COMPLAINT" in the subject line. We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a resolution within 10 business days.
3. Step 3 — Regulatory Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied after Step 2, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. 6jili will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation.

No dispute shall be eligible for consideration if it is raised more than 90 days after the date of the incident giving rise to the complaint.

6jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify Members via a prominent notice on the 6jili website and, where practical, by email to registered account addresses. The updated Terms take effect on the date stated in the notification.

Continued use of the 6jili platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints process in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity of all remaining provisions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 6jili with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the subject matter herein.
